Project leader
in supporting, maintaining and implementing new functionality additions to
CFSII both COBOL batch/Visual Basic for Cost of Access Financial System as
requested by our users. Became

Change security
process in CFSII to allow users to access bills over multiple cost centers
and performed installation on the server of the new version of CFSII. §
Add new
functionality to the payphone process to remit for 800 calls and placed in

Created email
notification process for the IT development group. §
Successfully established
the Domestic Expense Verification System, which involved implemented a
multiprocessing Call Detail Record process responsible for looking
information up on the LERG (OCN, CLLI), and then passing it into the Expense
Rating process. Also performed all
maintenance and new functionality additions to the traffic collection modules
in DEV. §
Support
multiple platforms including building web pages, troubleshooting PC OS such
as Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP.
Dedicated much time working with Microsoft Access. §
Created a
documented intranet website for all changes and updates to the company’s key
systems. Also included are common PC and mainframe related questions that
users can refer to at any time. §
Team member of
troubleshooting a traffic system created to take call detail records from our
